Account Notes module is an X-Cart 5 add-on which allows admin to add unlimited notes to any account. Add records about phone calls, shopping behavior, customer restriction, special status, etc. With this module admin can add notes about customers, their account and shopping experience as well as allow customers to see these notes or not.

• Installs as a module so you can easily turn it on/off when required.
• Add as many notes as needed to any profile account.
• Restrict if notes can be modified by other admins or not.
• Admin can set every note if it is visible by customer or not. Customers have read-only access.

• Flag notes to easily identify them (for example by their importance or to group notes together).
• Account notes list can be sorted by different criteria in admin.
