Support and Maintenance Subscription Plans

We are here to help and assist you with any issues or need of support and maintenance for your website. We know how hard and time consuming it is to keep your store up to date and patched for all security and software bugs. We stay on top of these at all times and we are committed to help our clients to the best of our knowledge. The following subscription plans were designed with you in mind. Select the one that best fits your needs and we will do the rest. Unless otherwise noted all subscription plans features are on a monthly basis. All plans rates are for normal priority requests. High and emergency priority requests have higher hourly rate. The plans are for a single store/domain only. Please refer to our Fees Schedule for full list of services cost and hourly rates.

Support and Maintenance Subscription Plans features
  • Patching your X-Cart based store can be a challenge. Unless you otherwise instruct us we will automatically patch your X-Cart installation when new official X-Cart patches are released.
  • Support requests are limited to minor adjustments, consultation, DYI advice, investigation and fix of minor store breaks/issues, up to 15 min per request. For longer time and resource consuming issues plan hourly rate applies.
  • We will schedule review and inspection time for your store and server (when applicable) log files for errors and potential issues with the website. We will send you a report with our findings and suggestions of possible ways to fix any issues found. Plan hourly rate applies for fixing these issues.
  • All phone consultations must be schedules in advance. Plan hourly rate applies except for the free monthly minutes included with the plan. Phone consultation may be replaced by Skype session for international calls.
  • Response times are up to the hours per plan and are in business hours on working days. We may respond to a support request earlier than that. The response time does not include providing solution or fixing the issue of the request. If the request is placed on non-working day or outside our business hours it will be processed on the next business day.
  • 6 months initial commitment is required in order to take advantage of all the plan's features and special pricing. After that Ultimate plan can be renewed at minimum 3 months period and the other plans at minimum 6 months period. All plans can be cancelled at any time. To receive full refund for the remaining portion of the plan you have to have it active for at least half of its minimum duration otherwise any special pricing received will be adjusted to our non-subscription prices and the refund amount adjusted accordingly.
  • Any work request will be scheduled on our next available opening. The Ultimate plan gets priority scheduling over the other plans. Any emergency requests are excluded from this and will be scheduled as soon as possible.
  • We will install and perform initial setup to any new X-Cart store with paid subscription plan according to the plan details. This applies to installation and initial setup of X-Cart software only. Setting up taxes, shipping, products, and other data as well as any other tasks related to this such as setting up server environment, installation/setup of MySQL, PHP, SSL and other software, 3rd party X-Cart modules, etc. will encounter additional cost at the plan hourly rates.
  • The modules/installation discount applies to our modules purchase cost and installation service as well as to installation of 3rd party modules. The discount will be automatically applied at time of order, we may issue a coupon you can use at checkout, or just reflect it on the invoice you receive.
  • The new X-Cart license discount applies to X-Cart shopping cart software purchased through us for new online store with paid subscription plan. This discount does not apply to any modules but the stock core X-Cart system only.
  • The X-Cart license renewal discount is for the X-Cart annual subscription renewal for domains with paid subscription plan. This discount does not apply to any modules but the stock core X-Cart system only.
  • The plan hourly rate for any work not included with the plan such as non-support requests, custom work, installation and integration services, etc. High and Emergency priority requests have higher hourly rate. Please refer to our Fees Schedule for details.
