We have listed below some of the most asked questions and answers. Hopefully this information will provide immediate help. In any case please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns about our modules and/or services.

What forms of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover Card. You may also pay with a Check or Money Order denominated in U.S. dollars. PayPal payments through the PayPal ordering system are accepted as well. We do not accept COD (Cash on Delivery) or cash.

How are the purchased modules delivered?

All modules are delivered electronically - module's package is send to the email provided at register/checkout.

Are the modules encrypted?

Starting Jan 1st, 2016 all of CFL Systems modules are open source and being sold unencrypted. You will have full access to the source code to modify it any way you need to fit your project. However this does not negate the licensing terms of the software.

Do you offer modules installation service or can I perform the installation myself?

Installation instructions are included with all modules for those who are familiar with MySQL, PHP and Smarty. We also offer installation service which can be ordered together with the module at time of purchase or at a later time.

The module is installed but getting errors or it doesn't work at all. What is the reason?

Make sure the module has been properly installed. Checking the cart log files for any errors can help find the issue. In any case if you prefer to have us check and perform the installation feel free to contact us for assistance.

Are the modules or services provided guarantee to work?

All CFL Systems modules and their installation instructions are tested and guaranteed to work with standard out-of-the-box cart versions (last version from each brand). We cannot guarantee that any module sold on this website will work without issues or additional customization with modified and/or customized cart installations. Any 3rd party modules are sold as is and we cannot guarantee the quality of work or support for them.

Do you work on all types of sites?

Actually no. We do not accept projects on sites with content related to pornography, nudity, graphic sexual or violent language, sites offering illegal or fake products and/or services.

I cannot remember my password. What should I do?

If you have registered with CFL Systems and you have forgotten your password click on the link "Reset Password". You must know the email address listed in your account - the reset password link will be emailed to you at that email address. If this doesn't work for you register a new account. For security reasons we cannot give out or reset anyone's password. If you are not registered with CFL Systems there is no password to reset.

Is my personal and financial information safe?

Absolutely. All your personal information is confidential. We will never sell, exchange or market it in any way. All pages on our website that deal with personal and/or financial information work under secure protocol. We do not process or store any of your financial information - all transactions are handled by reputable 3rd party payment processors.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?

All orders that have been placed, processed and delivered cannot be cancelled. Once we issue a license there are no returns or refunds. If you have ordered custom development or services there are no refunds for these once the work on them has been completed.
